The aye's have it

UWA uses a program called iLectures (the 'i' in front of Apple products doesn't stand for anything, so why is it there? (It'd be much better if it was spelled "ayeLectures", "ayeMac" and "ayePod". That's much more piratey.) As least the 'e' in terms like 'eCommerce' actually stands for something. Bastards.) to record (some) lectures so you can listen to the audio of a lecture over the intarweb if you miss it. Just recently they've added the feature of podcasting so you can download the lecture to your iPod and listen to it later. I don't own an iPod so I'm not entirely au fait with the whole podcasting thing, but I've only used iLectures once in five years and it really was a waste of time. I'd be surprised if anyone at all listened the podcast.

Listening to: The Orb - Toxygene
