Human-Computer Interaction might be a boring unit, but the assignments are nothing short of fun. Not only was the first assgnment a study of how people's performance in Need for Speed improves as they get more practise, but the second assignment is to write a php Sudoku puzzle generator/solver. How sweet is that.
